(from Caerphilly Road/Thornhill Crossroads) Head along Ty-Glas Road, take the left turn at the 2nd set of traffic  lights. Approx 100 yards take the first left and then almost immediately is the entrance to the car park on your left.

 

The mini pitches are behind the first screen of trees and the full size pitch is beyond the second screen of trees.

 

There appears to be access also (though only roadside car parking) from Llangrannog Road, which is accessed via Thornhill Road into Templeton Avenue, then second right. the access would appear to be alongside the primary school on the right. i haven't travelled this route though so cannot verify as 100% accurate.
